The Kuwaiti Ministry of the Interior announced today the thwarting of a terrorist plot targeting vital facilities in the country following intensive security monitoring and investigations. The ministry's spokesman, Colonel Nasser Busaleeb, stated that 10 citizens belonging to a terrorist cell affiliated with the banned 'Hezbollah' organization were apprehended. The detained individuals had been planning in advance and coordinating with foreign entities, seeking to provide them with coordinates of targeted sites for acts of sabotage. Investigations revealed that the cell members received training abroad in Hezbollah camps, including the use of weapons and operation of drones.
