The Ministry confirmed that the actions constitute unacceptable behavior that harms the prestige of the military institution, and that the relevant authorities have taken immediate steps. After interrogation and confronting them with the findings of the investigation, they confessed to filming and disseminating the content in question. Consequently, they were detained, and the necessary legal measures were taken to refer them to the relevant authorities. Furthermore, competent authorities arrested another individual after monitoring his use of one of his social media accounts to post statements that included insults and the illicit use of social media, which could harm international relations, as well as adding photos of leaders of designated terrorist organizations to the account's profile. The Ministry of Interior reiterated that it had previously stressed in multiple statements the necessity of adhering to the laws and regulations governing social media use, and refraining from posting or sharing any content that could harm military institutions or the state's interests and relations. The Ministry urged everyone to fulfill their national responsibilities, emphasizing that the law will be strictly enforced against anyone found to have violated it, especially in the current circumstances the country and region are experiencing.
