The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior confirmed today the final ban on aerial photography and the operation of drones during this period until further notice, as reported by Al-Qabas newspaper. The ministry stated in a statement: "In light of the current situation the country and the region are going through, and in order to support security efforts and ensure that it does not affect the progress of field work, the Ministry of Interior confirms the final ban on aerial photography and the operation of drones during this period until further notice." The ministry added: "The implementation of any aerial photography work is prohibited throughout the country, due to the direct negative repercussions it may have on the progress of security procedures, disruption of field work, and impact on the readiness of the concerned authorities to perform their duties." The ministry stressed that this ban is effective immediately, and all necessary legal measures will be taken without leniency against anyone who violates or exceeds these instructions, in accordance with the laws and systems in force in Kuwait.
