Fire in Kuwait residential building after drone attack

Kuwaiti firefighters extinguished a fire in a residential building in the south of the country that was attacked by a drone. Two people were injured in the incident, and all residents were evacuated.

The official spokesperson for the Kuwait Fire Force, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Gharib, announced that fire teams managed to control a fire that broke out in a residential building in the southern part of the country early this morning after being targeted by an enemy drone. Al-Gharib said in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the fire resulted in two injuries, noting that fire teams immediately evacuated the building of all its residents upon arrival. He added that the teams were able to control and extinguish the fire, while the injured were dealt with by the relevant authorities.
