The official spokesperson for the Kuwait National Guard, Brigadier General Dr. Jadan Fadel Jadan, announced early Tuesday morning the downing of 6 drones in the areas of responsibility that the peacekeeping forces are tasked with securing in the north and south of the country. According to the newspaper 'Al-Rai,' Jadan added in a press statement that this measure comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance security, protect vital sites, and counter any potential threats. He called on everyone to strictly adhere to the security and safety instructions issued by the competent authorities. He confirmed that the National Guard forces, in cooperation with the army, police, and the Kuwaiti Fire Department, are on high alert and ready to deal with any threats and to firmly counteract everything that targets the security of the country, thereby ensuring the preservation of its sovereignty, security, and stability, and protecting its interests and national resources.
