Yesterday, the Kuwaiti prosecutor's office presented before the criminal court in the case of the murder of an infant, a newborn. During the prosecution's presentation, the prosecutor requested the death penalty for the Filipina accused of having placed the baby in a washing machine in the home of his family in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate in December of last year.
According to information published by the 'Kuwaiti Council' at the time, the servant killed the baby at the age of a few months. The parents attempted to save him, taking him to Djaber Hospital, but he had already died, as reported by the Kuwaiti newspaper 'Ar-Ray'.
The prosecution in its accusations required the death penalty for the accused for the horrific crime committed, arguing that she did not allow herself to mitigate the punishment. She continues to follow the case with the intention of ensuring justice for the current cause, which guarantees adherence to the law, protection of rights, and ensuring safety in society.
