Kuwaiti economist and owner of the real estate firm 'Al-Utqa', Abdurrahman Al-Hussein, stated that the real estate market is undergoing significant changes. He noted that the demand for housing remains high, especially in the premium segment. At the same time, experts warn of a possible price correction in the near future. 'The market has reached its peak, and we are witnessing stabilization,' said Al-Hussein. He also added that investments in commercial real estate remain attractive to foreign investors.
