The official spokesperson of the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority, Abdullah Al-Rajhi, confirmed that Kuwait International Airport is being openly attacked by drones from Iran and armed groups it supports. The attack targeted fuel tanks at the airport belonging to the Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company (KAFCO), resulting in a major fire at the site. He added that emergency teams immediately began to deal with the incident. According to initial reports, the damage is material only, with no human casualties.
